POLICIES
Please read all policies below before booking!
Deposit
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will go towards your full amount. Your remaining balance will be due at your appointment. No deposit. No appointment.
Note: Cash, Cashapp, Apple Pay and PayPal only is accepted to settle your remaining balance for services rendered.
Please bring exact change. Cashapp , Apple Pay & PayPal payments will require an additional $3 transaction fee.
NO REFUNDS will be provided for ANY services rendered!
Late Arrival
All Clients will have a 10 min grace period. Please contact me if you will be up to 10 mins late. At 15 mins late you will accumulate a late fee of $15. More than 15 mins late will result in a rescheduled appointment due to other appointments being aligned.
Cancellations
If planning to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling can be done through your confirmation email.
No call-no shows will result in being charged an additional $25 when booking next appointment. If additional fee is not added as an add on when booking service you will be charged at appointment. Refusing to pay additional fee will result in being banned from all future bookings!
TRAVEL
Traveling is available for parties of 5 or more. Traveling fees do apply. Please contact me directly for this service.
SAME DAY appointments
SKIN PREP
An additional fee of $25 will be applied for same day/squeeze in appointments.
Please come with a fresh face free of any products or oils. Skin prep is done during your service
EXTRAS
No phone or any electronics while being serviced.
No kids or extra guest are allowed at appointments unless they are also being serviced.
